Southeastern recognizes outstanding faculty and staff members

A number of individuals were honored Wednesday at Southeastern Oklahoma State University’s Faculty-Staff Recognition Celebration.
Both the Faculty Senate and Staff Senate presented awards in several categories. In addition, employees were recognized for years of service and retirees were honored.
The Distinguished Service Award was presented to Angie Kemp of Catering/Food Services.
The event was held in the Visual & Performing Arts Center.
Angie Kemp, center, received the Distinguished Service Award from SE president Thomas Newsom and Ami Towne.

The Faculty Senate presented awards in a number of categories.
Dr. Chris Moretti was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award as presented by Dr. Katheryn Shannon and President Newsom.
Professor of the Year honors went to Dr. Douglas Wood.
The Adjunct Professor of the Year awarded was presented to Alisha Ridenour.
