Biography

Kimberly Fraire-Grove is the director of Upward Bound - Carter/Love at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Fraire-Grove is responsible for implementing Carter/Love Upward Bound program goals and activities with the host institution’s administration and staff; supervising, monitoring, and evaluating all project activities for 60+ participants; and authorizing, approving, and account for Carter Love Upward Bound program’s budgetary expenditures. Fraire-Grove has been in her current position since January 2023.
