Biography
Michael Gaffney is the director of the Aviation Sciences Institute at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Gaffney is responsible for overseeing and managing the ASI as well as serving as the assistant chief flight instructor and Grant PI. Gaffney has been in his current position since May 2021.
