Stefan Kells is a graduate advisor for M.Ed. programs in the Online and Distance Advising Center at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Kells is responsible for onboarding and concierge services, advising and enrollment services, and faculty/academic department support. Kells has been in his current position since June 2021.
