Biography

Garrett Lovins is a Residence Hall Director in Housing and Residence Life at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Lovins is responsible for maintaining the overall administration and operations of assigned residential facilities and ensuring that all policies, procedures, and established protocols are followed. Lovins also creates and implements a student learning environment focused on student learning & development and academic achievement.
