Biography

Arlene Ortiz is an academic advisor for Upward Bound at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Ortiz is responsible for providing interpretations of assessment results to participants, supervising project tutor/mentors, and maintaining accurate records and documentation of student performance, progress, and contacts. Ortiz has been in her current position since May 2023.
