Biography
Samantha Parker is an academic advisor for Upward Bound at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Parker is responsible for monitoring a Plan of Action based on a Needs Assessment for each assigned participant; driving to target area schools to provide academic, career, and personal advisement to project participants as assigned; and organizing, supervising, and participating in an intense summer component. Parker has been in her current position since April 2023.
