I had a gut feeling that this was supposed to be my college home, and I am so glad I have made that decision. The lifelong friendships/relationships I have made here will always stick with me as I move on into the workforce. “I have enjoyed my time at Southeastern Oklahoma State University and was initially drawn to the Masters in Native American Leadership program because it has a unique curriculum, and that it is online. The MS Native American Leadership program offers a well-rounded mix of Native American studies and business-based courses, which will translate well into working with my tribal community in the future. I feel I have a better understanding of historical issues impacting American Indians, and this has served me well when addressing contemporary issues facing tribes today.”
