Friday was a day to celebrate for the graduates at Southeastern.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DURANT, Okla. \u2013<\/strong> Graduates, families, and friends celebrated Friday morning at the first of three in-person commencements scheduled over the weekend at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.<\/p>\n The Spring 2021 graduating class includes students from 38 states and 19 countries. Forty-nine percent are first-generation graduates \u2013 the first in their families to receive a college degree.<\/p>\n All three ceremonies are at Paul Laird Field on the Durant campus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Southeastern president Thomas Newsom offers congratulations to a graduate.
